I love these guys! They made a difficult situation into a breeze. Nothing but the best! Except...I had to wait over an hour for my appointment. Not pleased about that, didn't know reason why.

If anyone needs a excellent breast surgeon Dr.Kelly Wirsing is the Doctor for you. Dr. Wirsing is a very thorough,compassionate and explains every aspect of what us going on with your health so that you understand and so very easy to talk to which for myself means alot.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I was very anxious going in to my first appointment with Dr. Wirsing. She was so kind and gentle in how she explained my test results and what they meant. She spent a good hour explaining things and answering our questions. I left her office greatly relieved and feeling like I was in good hands.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I’ve been saying for over a year that my breast pain was something wrong. Feeling discouraged I finally advocated more and was referred to Dr Wirsing. She not only listened to what I had to say- she took the time to show me comparisons of each breast and what the issue is. Validating my concern of what I “felt” was wrong. Finally feel like I’m on the road to not constantly being in pain. Thank you Dr for the listening ear!! Means so much to me.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I would recommend this provider for my daughters, granddaughters and friends without hesitation. I do suggest that telephone receptionist be more sensitive (less abrupt) when taking information over the phone. I assume most patients, myself included, might be anxious about their health and are not always able to answer the receptionist's questions.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I appreciate Dr.Wirsing spoke directly, and honestly, with my [AGE] year old mother first, including us as her caregivers. No, she doesn’t comprehend it all, that’s why we are there, but mom appreciated the respect and dignity she received. We appreciated the options we were given, not just surgery. Coming from a surgeon that says so much.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Once I had a concern, Kelly’s office was able to get me in a timely manner. In fact, I was contacted about an earlier opening. Check in person very welcoming. Nurse who took me back was very helpful and friendly. Kelly was on time and ready for me. She took amble time with me and answered all my questions in detail and to my satisfaction. She was outstanding.

She's the best! So informative and she knew all my history. She explained everything in great detail using examples and pictures. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

She is very good. I am so glad I chose her as my surgeon. She's very explanatory.You can ask her anything and she doesn't give you the run around. She talks to you and not the air. She is very polite and personable with a great bedside manner.

Dr Wirsing is the best. Always listens, asks questions about what I say so she understands what I told her. Fast and efficient but makes me feel special every time. Saved my life because of a cancer diagnosis with no evidence of disease at almost 5 years ago.

Dr Wirsing is a compassionate professional. She and her staff made every effort to make an uncomfortable procedure as tolerable as possible. Embraced aroma therapy as a calming agent which helped immensely. Wonderful staff. Thank you all again.

Doctor is very detailed and informative. She doesn’t sugar coat but has excellent mannerism in approach. As a healthcare worker myself I was extremely impressed with doctor and her office staff. They have excellent follow up. Their compassion starts at reception all the way through exit.

One of the main reasons that I his most important to me is that she takes the time to explain everything slowly so if any questions are needed, you are able to ask during the conversation. If you don’t know something, she takes her time to make sure you understand What she is explaining. You are not rushed she makes you feel comfortable.
