I was apprehensive when I first went into office. Explained my cancer, options and treatment and put me at ease. First rate. Very knowledgable, answered all my questions and she listened to me.
Instead of being scared, I was ready to get it done.

Family and friends know all about Dr Wirsing as she's quite a hero with so many. Pertaining to the staff, they are the most caring, respectful people. I'm always amazed at the dignity they allow you. Such a comforting place if you need it medically.

Explained my cancer in words I understood, explained options, what and when and how it was going to happen. Dr Wirsing and the people who work with her put me at ease, did an excellent job. They were kind, friendly and explained everything.

Dr Wersing is absolutely fantastic, cares about her patients, listens to all concerns and gives feedback that is understandable. She shows empathy and that’s huge so many people don’t now days. I would recommend her in a heartbeat

Clerical staff and waiting area atmosphere are not that good. Navigator, [removed staff member name] is awful - unreliable, uncaring. Dr Wirsing and her nurse are fantastic

Getting help setting up testing while out of state was very easy. The office keeps in touch even when I am with family in WA. I am so pleased with the quality of care and especially the excellent communication with everyone in the office.

I have already recommended Dr. Wirsing to a friend that is possibly starting on a breast cancer journey of her own. I told her how much I appreciated Dr. Wirsing’s manner and her surgical expertise. I’m very happy with the care I received from her entire staff.

She doesn't speak to you like a doctor that has done these procedures 1000's of times. She speaks to you like another with breast and truly understands every fear and concern. To be best at what you do plus having an amazing bedside manner made all of this all so much easier. I feel like I would have mentally broken if it were anyone else. Thank you!!

Dr. Wording is very knowledgeable and provides the patient with a very detailed and meaningful overview of test results and a plan forward. She is caring and thoughtful. I feel very grateful to have Dr. Wirsing as my surgeon.

In a time that's scary like me with breast cancer Dr Wirsing made me feel so cared for and optimistic. Right from my mammogram/biopsy to Dr Wirsing I've never felt so cared for from EVERY employee. Thank you Midland hospital for high quality professionals.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Wirsing is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She is so kind and makes you feel comfortable talking to her. You never feel dumb asking a question. I did not have a lot of interaction with her nurse, but they worked very well together and she knew what Dr. Wirsing needed without asking.
