In particular I enjoy the friendliness and professionalism of the front office staff. The facility itself is conveniently located, easy parking, and spotlessly clean. On the professional side, my therapist, Dr. Kristen Kelley has been and continues to be extremely helpful in helping me navigate the issues surrounding aging and ongoing medical and emotional problems that at times seem overwhelming.

Dr. Kristen Kelley is terrific!!! She helps me try to stay focused on the immediate situation. She makes me feel good about myself & encourages me to keep on trying to do better. When I started with her I saw her weekly. Now I see her once a month. I have followed her to 4 locations. The office in Nocatee is a greater distance for me but after my 4th month I think I have the location finally figured out. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The facility is very clean & well organized. I always enjoy seeing her.

Dr. Kelley is a delightful person to be with. She listens carefully & offers helpful suggestions as to improve my behavior. She is extremely kind & always makes sure that I leave after my 1 hour session feeling better about myself. It is frustrating for me to make so many mistakes after all these 82 years of living but she assures me that I am doing well. I greatly appreciate that she gives me Confidence in myself.
