The place is clean and the staff is efficient. They are very good at making my appointments fit my schedule. And this week they helped me meet with her virtually we a had a difficult life even. Kristen has been my counselor for over ten years she knows my battles. She helps me negotiate issues I have to face. I have a psychiatrist with Baptist also. Kristen makes herself available to her as well. So I have a Baptist mental health team walking with me through my illness.

Whether in-person or by Zoom, Dr. Kelley is a great listener who keys in on target problem areas. They are discussed professionally with a keen sense of the person to whom she is speaking. The "take-a-ways" can often be memorable.

The counselor that I spoke with, Ms. Kristen Kelley, was excellent: warm and friendly, but very professional; she listened and processed lots of personal information with great intuition; she also managed our initial exchange in a skillful manner, in which there was little pressure to draw superficial conclusions. I left very satisfied and looking forward to following up.
