He was knowledgeable; I just felt like everything moved quickly and he was speaking above my level, as if I had gone through this before or had medical knowledge. So I found myself trying to keep up with him instead of taking in what he was saying. I’m glad he ended with “any questions?” because it allowed me to confirm what I understood the plan to be.

Dr Cooper was Great to work with we talked about a lot of issues and he responded with reasonable solutions and test to help us decide what treatments will be best for me. Over all I feel good about things with being a new patient he is working hard to help me.

I really appreciate how the staff at SSM Health Sun Prairie treat me when I call or come in. They are always friendly and helpful. I try to let them know each time I call or come to the clinic how much I appreciate them. I would also like to give credit to Chad Hess for his skills and caring way. He is on top of things and makes sure there is follow-up. I am so impressed with Dr. Keith Cooper. I hope he will be consistently available at the Sun Prairie Clinic. It is very comforting at my age (76) to feel supported by a physician you admire and trust and a staff that is by his side supporting him and making it all go smoothly.

Dr. Cooper is great for people who have anxiety surrounding doctors. He is patient, kind, and inviting. He will take things at your pace will still addressing more immediate concerns regarding your health. And he ultimately leaves all decisions up to you without any pressure from him as a provider.

As we stated earlier my husband was very happy with the care he received from Dr. Cooper. He was very nice and understanding. He explained everything very well. We would highly recommend him. We are in the process of getting set up with him as my husbands primary Dr.

Dr. Cooper was very professional and yet personable. My prescription was ready for me to pick up as soon as the test results were sent to me. This was a pleasant surprise.

He seemed very rushed in the beginning. And like I mentioned previously, he didn't listen to what was happening to my ears and failed to adequately set up the appointment adequately.

Completely uninterested in anything I had to say about my symptoms. I spoke about my issues with the neck and left should and he assumed everything was only related to my right shoulder.

He was very kind and very thorough. He really listened to my concerns and helped develop a plan for me and my health. He reviewed all my past health history from previous doctors when discussing my concerns. He even noticed a heart murmur that has never been noticed by any other doctor before- and I had a recent physical a month ago with doctor in another network who never noticed it. I feel like I’m in good care and already feel trust in Keith E Cooper after only one visit!
