The walk in clinic was great. They have their wait time online so know what to expect. All of the staff were courteous and professional. Kaylee was very knowledgeable.

Kayleewas very understanding of my circumstances when I got influenza. I am the primary caregiver for my wife with advanced cancer. She prescribed medication for me and followed up by phone. She did everything possible to help me get better quickly so that I could care for my wife.

The urgent care clinic was efficient in getting me in to see the provider. The staff was friendly and thorough. The provider was knowledgeable about my symptoms/diagnosis, and made sure my questions were answered. Upon getting home, I realized I had another question so I called the office. The receptionist was friendly and assured me that she would get the question to the provider. The provider called me back within a half hour to answer my question, which I very much appreciated.
