Kaylan Bell was great! She asked me questions about me! She didn’t make assumptions about anything. She kept me informed as to what she was going to do and she was just very knowledgeable and very friendly. She took her time with me. She didn’t rush me in and rush me out which that’s something that I always look for in a doctor which SSM doctors are really good at taking time with patients and I appreciate that.

My apologies I listed it in the feedback. I will say I suffer with a variety of chronic conditions. I have been dismissed, ignored and patronized. For over 14 years my belief in our current medical services has fallen flat and I have developed a really strong white coat condition. I don't even like asking for help anymore. This was my first visit with Ms. Bell and I was sick at my stomach knowing I had a lot of history to present to her and I truly had little hope of this going well.
To my surprise everyone was very welcoming and Ms. Bell was patient with me while I laid out my issues. Ms. Bell immediately understood my needs and made me feel confident that they were going to help I felt a huge sigh of relief and I look forward to working with her in the future.
Everyone to include the man in the front lobby I am unsure of his title possibly receptionist, the nurse checking me in and even the ladies scheduling my appointments plus Ms. Bell were all very professional and kind. I greatly appreciate that. Thank you,

I was disappointed with the interaction and what I felt like was lack of caring from a previous doctor I established as a primary. The visit with Dr. Bell was 100% superior to my experiences with my previous visits with another provider
