I was able to receive the treatment I was seeking on the same day as my New Patient Interview. I realize this is not the expected pace but Katie was able to evaluate my circumstances and fit me in which was very much appreciated.

It took an hour to be seen. I had never had the procedure before, so i didnt know what was happening or what was normal. I kept having to ask. The girl i saw answered but wasnt always clear. She didnt talk much. I kept having to try to make small talk bc she was so silent. I realize she could have been having a bad day, been tired, or had something on her mind, but it made me wonder if it was ME. Idk. Maybe my next appt will be better. I understand bad days. ;)

This was my first visit. The provider ran over 40 mins late. No one informed me. She spent less 5 mins with me.

The medical facial was the best facial I've had in over 20 years. Katie was knowledgable, thorough, provided information on each step. Each step of the facial was gently administered.
