I love Karla Repper and Stephanie Sims. They have both been so good to our family and truly love and care about my granddaughter. And I feel like management has done an awesome job of selecting all of their employees. Everyone I have ever been in contact with at Wolfsons behavioral has been amazing. Even the girls at the check in counter !!

As I like the therapist for our daughter, you can never get an appointment with her. The doctor only allows you to schedule four appointments at a time which is ridiculous. This means when you go to make another appointment when you show up for a selected appointment you cannot get another appointment until months later. If she wants to see a child every week or every other week to benefit the child then appointments need to open up more, or the therapist should not take on any new clients, period. For example, we just met with the therapist last week and our daughter cannot get back in to see the therapist until mid September which those were made in May or April. Last week they only had appointments open starting in November for her therapist last week! How does that benefit the child? If therapy is going to work for a child and parents then the child should be able to see the therapist more often. It's a big disappointment when you really need help.

As an adult, I enjoyed seeing the joy of the children and the staff was very personable and much more pleasant than other departments.Side Note: I think I contracted COVID from this location though

Provider is wonderful. It is very frustrating that only four appts can be made when the provider recommends regularly scheduled appointments. Typically, once you become a patient, your care becomes more streamlined and less stressful. However, the profit/business based goals that guide these appointment policies prohibit what's being recommended by the provider.I understand the hospital wants new patients. However, it won't help if the needs of loyal, current patients needs aren't met. A set time would be amazing.
