Angie (Medical Assistant) was very nice and when I explained that I had waited 45 min after my appt time and needed to go back to work, she understood and worked around other patients to see the provider faster. Lee Health should really do something about accommodating individuals who work and don’t have all day to sit and wait. We take time off work to go to doctor and that takes time and money away from us versus someone who is retired and has a little more time to wait.

Dr. Kapadia is very busy so it is hard to schedule an appointment with him - 3 months out isn't bad for such a quality physician though. He is definitely an excellent physician!

Dr. Kapadia…. Excellent and great listener…. Brought up issues that have never been correlated to my symptoms and ordered the proper tests to get the right diagnosis. Doesn’t just diagnose and throw a [ ] your way… let’s find the root! He is young, bright, and wears super hero tennis shoes!!!

The office manager and MA Natalia helped a great deal to move me away from allergens within the waiting room. Patients were wearing perfume to which I am allergic so they put me in another room. Other issues ensued and the MA provided the best care I've ever experienced at any LPG office. All staff was friendly and efficient which I why over all, I rate this office excellent.

I've been on [ ] for >15 years and remain 100% compliant, because [ ] is working for me, so there wasn't much to discuss with the Doctor regarding my treatment...just his official validation of my [ ] compliance for insurance reasons. That said, we spent much of our time together talking about the weather and recent hurricanes, and it was refreshing to speak with Dr Kapadia, because he is pleasant, seemed unrushed, and demonstrates a natural empathy for his patients as PEOPLE and he looked AT ME as we spoke, (as opposed to other doctors I had in the past whose eyes never stray from a clipboard.)

The doctor took a lot of time listening. He wasn’t rushing. He was interested in everything I had to say I felt very good about meeting with the doctor. I felt like he cared what I had to say.
