Last visit was cute short for some, unknown, reason. It was only partly done, with my concerns. I'm not happy.

I would recommend her 100%. I just started coming there and felt super comfortable. She listens and explains. I’m glad I found her. All of the staff I have met are very nice.

There seems to be a lot of turnover in West Branch Michigan with doctors... For that reason you have to schedule with a nurse practitioner or a PA

Kaley Johnson is very attentive. I did not receive a follow up call regarding my blood tests, but I do receive a text and email which is enough for me.

I have already told family about Kaley. Conversation went "she is AWESOME" I told my wife the LPN I had in [STATE] was the best dictire I've ever seen...until now I believe. Time will tell but this visit was supreme.

Very disappointed with numerous appointment cancellations. My physical for 2026 was originally scheduled in [MONTH] and was cancelled 5 times due to physician availability. It was pushed to the end of [MONTH] ( 8 months later). From my original Physician D.O , to a physician I never met M.D . Now to a P.A. ( Kaley Johnson) though she was pleasant and I enjoyed her care I still can’t dismiss the fact that the availability of physicians is disappointing.

I’m glad Kaley is my new provider dr. She is very nice and professional. It was the first time meeting her and she went over my stuff as a new patient. I felt she was a great dr!!

That it takes a team to figure out your issue and following directions and actually having a Doctor Who listens and understands. I think I’m in the right direction with My medical staff on Ensuring I get what I need.

I was hesitant about seeing a PA, but my first visit with Kaley was the most through exam I have had with mid michigan. Better than the prior doctors I have seen. Was impressed

The facility and equipment are top notch. The staff is good, but there have been several examples that lead me to believe that they're either under staffed, under trained, or a combination of both. I've had my primary doctor changed in less than a year, appointments changed without consultation, folks not there to do blood work/labs, etc.. I get the general sense that there's more patients and responsibilities than staff to handle it. I submitted a question/concern thru MyChart twice and after 2+ days still hadn't heard from any one. It's not a deal breaker, but it does give me some concern that as I get older and require more care, is this facility going to be able to provide me with top care.
