I was very pleased with the level of compassion , and listening skills that Trisha Kalamaras had. She took time to explain the [ ] she was ordering and took further steps to ensure her modality of care was correct. I would definitely like to be seen by her again if need.

I like how I can make my appointment for my [ ] checkup a year in advance. The staff takes there time and really listen to my concerns. Trisha always discusses my choices on how to precede with my care.

Trish and her staff is always showing caring and concern about my health. They are always polite and exceptionally professional. They are very patient and aloud you to ask any questions or concerns you may have about your health. Exceptional customer service.

Experience at the front desk was excellent and when I was called x to go to the back and the nurse took my evaluation in my weight my temperature she is very courtesy and compassionate and of course Tricia my position explain what was going on and telling me what I needed to do and sent me my mind at ease

NP Trish and CCMA Terese are both highly professional and friendly, making the visit that more pleasurable. Trish and Terese are outstanding as a team and the front desk staff was very friendly and courteous as well. Adding to the pleasure of the visit is there was barley any waiting time.

Doctor Kalamaras is an excellent doctor I’ve had her now for a couple years. She always takes as much time as I need. Explains things very meticulously and is very thorough. She is very congenial and I would highly recommend her to anybody.

Kalamaras continues her level of excellence in managing my medical care. Very dependable. I’m probably a little harder to manage as I’m a nurse myself. She’s able to manage to take that into consideration and that’s unusual and desirable to me. She’s a jewel!

I am new to FL and impressed with the Lee Health system. Trisha was apologetic for my wait and said her previous appointments took a little longer than expected. I said I was pleased everyone got the time they needed for their care. All of the caregivers have been good to me, in listening, evaluating, and treating my concerns. I feel fortunate to have gotten referred here.
