Both Dr. Kafle and Medical Assistant Ramphai were absolutely wonderful. They both took the time to explain things and also took the time to listen to me as I told them about some of my issues. Dr. Kafle reviewed both past and present [ ] showing me the comparisons. He spoke to me in an extremely clear and understandable manner. I would follow Dr. Kafle wherever he goes because he takes the time to explain and investigate options so well.

I only had interaction with three people, the woman at the front desk, a nurse and Dr. Kafle. Each one was very polite, courteous, listened to me and seemed to work very well together as a team. Dr. Kafle has been my PCP for more than 5 years. I am very pleased to have him as my doctor.
