Diane West, RN was fantastic. She was engaged, concerned, took the time to answer and delve into my concerns. Did not rush through our visit. Bottom line- what good medical care is all about. Very impressive!

Yes, Dr Kafle who absolutely cares for his patients. During my first visit, Dr K called and explained my test results (this latest visit was my second) and recommended that I contact a urologist, he stated that if I had trouble finding a urologist, he would help me find one. I would without hesitation—recommend Dr kafle.

I just switched to Dr. Kafle, and this was my 2nd time seeing him. I am very happy with him as my primary doctor..

Dr Kafle is courteous, kind and very knowledgeable , but for elderly patients, he is difficult to understand his accent.

I absolutely love Dr Kafle. He every part of my blood work results in depth. He was a bit concerned about one thing & has ordered another test in a month. He has a great sense of humor & "gets" my weird sense of humor. His staff has always been wonderful. I wish my Husband could have had him as his primary.

Dr Kafle is a fantastic physician who listens, comprehends and finds a solution! I have the greatest confidence in his ability to make the correct recommendations for my condition and explain all the best treatment options available. His bedside manner is gentle, understanding and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Ram Kafle!!

Dr Kafle and staff made sure all my questions regarding insurance coverage for other specialists were addressed. [ ] and other specialists were notified by their office to facilitate process. Clear review covering my visit was prepared and given to me before I left. Quite honestly, I have never had such a thorough and efficient visit before including all my appointments with / for my children!
