The nurse was as attentive and pleasant as a nurse could be. So was the doctor. They both made me feel like I was the most important person in the world.

Dr Kafle has been my primary care provider for years and I consider him a "partner" in my health care journey. He listens intently to me, replies with care and accuracy and makes sure I understand completely with his assessments. I can't recommend Dr Kafle enough to anyone who wants a professional and partner In your arsenal of health care providers.

Dr Kafle is excellent, but I want to take this opportunity to say that surveys are dumb. To dictate somebody's employment based on something that someone sends in when they go typically for an issue that is going wrong with their body, they're not in a good mood in the first place. And sometimes it might not even be the patient that sends in the survey but the person that had to pick them up and drop them off and that person might be upset about having to do that. Surveys are not a good way to evaluate patient care, people that keep coming back and spend money with your organization is a good way to evaluate patient care. Because If it sucked they wouldn't come back.Please don't let a survey system destroy another industry like it did the automotive industry

Kristin the Nurse that took my call understood the seriousness of my allergic reaction and set up an appointment to see a doctor immediately. Dr. Ram Kafle was wonderful. It was my first time seeing him, and I was very happy with how he handled my exam and treatment.
