Dr. Kafle is a caring and competent physician! He is friendly, always smiling and genuinely interested in his patients. He listens and responds carefully to what you're saying. He thoroughly explains his diagnoses in a very understandable manner supported with diagrams and layman's terms. I trust and respect him.

Both Dr. Ram Kafle and his medical assistant, Ramphei (spelling?) were exceptionally wonderful with my husband who has dementia. Dr. Kafle's demeanor is wonderful working with my husband-kind, patient, researches to find out how to give him the best care. I feel so fortunate Dr. Kafle is both my husband's and my primary physician.

The receptionist was warm, friendly, and very efficient. She processed me quickly. The medical assistant was very friendly, listened carefully to my health concerns, and related them correctly to the Doctor.
