This was my first time meeting with Dr Kafle. I found him to be personable, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and easy to interact with. Having worked in the medical community for 40 years I can recognize a Physician that I can trust and be happy to be a patient of.

Unfortunately I don’t know the names of the employees in the office, but they are great! Also, The assistant to Dr Kafle who takes my vitals and schedules my visits and prescriptions should be recognized. I believe there name is Maria. Wonderful experience all the time!

In a previous life I ran the training programs for medical residents and fellows…and I have observed them when the worked in practices within my health system. Dr. Kafle’s office is very well run, has friendly and efficient staff AND Dr Kafle is EXCELLENT.

Entire office was bright and clean. We were acknowledged and received in a very friendly manner. Our visit with the MA and Dr was caring and unhurried and everything was explained as well as all questioned answered. Great all around!!

Yes both the nurse and Dr Kafle were very attentive to any concerns that I had as always. I always felt very comfortable there and any questions that I might have are answered thoroughly.

I recently had to switch doctors to ram and it was a pleasure. He is very professional and very detailed. I would recommend him to anyone. The staff was very courteous and got all my Referrals done before I was ready to leave. I cannot wait for the next visit.

Dr. Ram Kafle is incredible. He and his office staff offer a wonderful, warm experience and he consistently greets with a welcoming smile and a sense of calm. He never rushes and is truly wonderful to speak with at every appointment with outstanding quality medical care. Everyone was pleasant and worked together! Arrival we spoke with secretary, who put someone on hold and took our information. Gina came out and got me. Went to room and answered questions as well as chked my vitals. Well oiled machine!!!👍🏻
