Dr Certeza, listened with care and understanding. I didn't feel rushed,or pushed off like i didn't matter. We discussed on what may work best for me,if not to find another route. She was positive and yet professional in a caring way.

Dr. Certeza is amazing! I am a new patient and felt like she really cared to listen to me and hear my needs. She explained things to me in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel comfortable and cared for.
