Very professional office and provider. Caring and non-judgemental. Very clear with plan of action, extremely kind and willing to listen. Great communication regarding test results. Wish I could keep her as a PCP.

Justine and everyone in the building were very friendly and easy to talk to. I had a follow up appointment after a 5 day hospital stay and she was able to pull up all of my results, x rays, CT scans and explained them all clearly to me. I had concerns with some tests results that came after I was discharged and she was happy to explain them to me and reassure me. After my visit with Justine, I went for blood work at their lab and had a pleasant time there too. There were about 4 people ahead of me and I still got in and out in less than 30 minutes. Same friendly attitude there too! Overall good experience.

It was my first appointment with Justine and she along with the staff were so kind, compassionate as well as I felt like they really listened to my concerns as well as knew my medical history. All around great team!

I would tell how nice everyone was to me. And how they listened to what I had to say. Then they would explain to what they thought my problem was or if they weren't sure would talk to someone else and see what they thought.

Very warm and welcoming. Felt at ease to talk about my health and concerns. I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed. And I felt reassured and confident in her consultation and explanations.

The care was carefully explained, very helpful, and I appreciate the help. More medical and catered to my needs. I'm very thankful.

I quit seeing doctors because of misinformation and poor results with health management. Justine N Thompson has renewed my faith in doctors. She actually listened and was respectful of my choices. She showed care, compassion and interest in my health
What could have been done to improve your experience?
There was a long wait in the waiting room because the receptionist seemed to be helping a person who didn't have an appointment and didn't appear to be a patient at that facility to get an appointment elsewhere. It took 15 to 20 minutes which seemed excessive

She was absolutely amazing! I wanted to literally keep her as my doctor forever! She took her time to help me she was professional and caring. She didn’t judge me and she took everything I said into consideration. She is kind hearted and caring!

Justine has the best approach of any medical provider I have ever received treatment from. She listened carefully and has a warmth that let's you know you are being cared for. I was able to really open up and get help that I needed.

I have been to a few doctors over the last few months trying to get answers and help. Justine Thompson was the first doctor so far that I felt really listened to me and wanted to help me. She was honest about her knowledge on the topics we were discussing, and when she was unable to provide information, she connected me with a specialist that could help me further.

I didn't feel she addressed my concern. She went on about my sugar high & that's wasn't my issues. I was disappointed not having answers.

I think she needed to understand my questions to help me find an answer. She focused on my sugar being high.
