The assistant nurse, i think her name was Joan, that checked me in, took my [ ] was efficient with her work and at the same time was friendly and made my visit pleasant. I was impressed.

Very friendly office overall and Dr. Journigan is excellent at answering questions. It’s a busy office, and appointments are scheduled months in advance. My husband is also her patient and at the end of my visit, he asked her a question re his [ ]. She walked us out to the checkout area and ensured he got a timelier appt. than he would have otherwise.

Yes, the friendliness and obvious confidence with all members of the staff. As a senior aged patient who has had many occasions for medical care needs, I was not just a numbered chart to be cared for. Everyone had a confident approach with their part in supplying my needs and assurance of communication with me. This care promotes relief from anxious moments for everyone.

I was impressed with Dr. Journigan. She was personable, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. She asked me if I had any questions, which I did, and she communicated the answers well. I did not feel rushed at all. The whole staff from the receptionist to the nurse attendant were excellent.

The nurse/PA who took vitals and ushered me back to the exam room was personable and seemed to take initiative. I arrived at 8:35am for a 9:00am appointment and was already checked in. This individual almost immediately took me back and said, “you were ready and others with earlier appointments haven’t even arrived.”
