The courtesy of the associates who trea you before the doctors certainly put you at ease and are caring and courteous. Dr Joann is very knowing and will answer anything you ask and the knowledge and comfort she exhibits makes me very comfortable.

The medical assistant who saw me before the Doctor, I think his name was Lazaro or similar to that, was very upbeat and personable and even remembered me from my visit 6 months ago. He really stood out vs. people in similar roles in other medical offices I've been to. This makes a difference when coming into an office worried about a medical condition - helps ease the tension you're feeling.

The medical assistant, Lex was excellent. Refreshingly positive and so helpful. Love his enthusiasm and concern for my care. Also Ha at checkout was excellent as help me get a heart monitor before I left rather than another date. Gabriel in heart monitoring was so helpful and helping me understand the monitor monitor placed on me for 14 days. Explained and a pure delight! Excellent staff and Dr! Very impressed.

Laura, Lazaro, and Chris were supportive of my needs. Dr Journigan was caring and informative but seemed to rush on things. I missed asking her two questions for which I’ll send her a message thru the portal.

Laz, the young man assistant that took my vitals prior to Dr. coming in. Very respectful, courteous and sincere young man. Made my visit 110% great. He set the tone of the visit. Being a patient with [ ], Laz talked with me freely and kind and unknowingly eased my [ ]. He needs to be commended for his work in the office. We need to staff our offices with many "Laz" personalities!!
