First visit but had a very positive impression of Dr. Journigan, the facility and staff.

Tom was very accommodating and made me feel all my concerns were normal. Questioned about things I spoke of for clarity. Dr. Journigan always explains what affects my heart and what I should follow up on with my primary care doctor. She cares about my entire health and knows anything else going wrong can affect the treatments she follows. So pleasant after the curt conversations my husband had with his doctor.

I think her name was rose. She was the nurse that did my vitals and verified my [ ]. She seemed like she listened when I talked. Dr Journigan should take a page out her book.

I know how difficult it is to get an appointment. There was nothing available. A day later there was a cancellation and they called me immediately. Very much appreciated.

Christine was exceptionally helpful getting me in to see the doctor. After an ER visit I was advised to see my cardiologist. I tried for weeks to do so, only to be told there were no appointments available period. Until 2025! I asked to at least make an appointment for n3xt [ ] and was told it wasnot possible. Christine called me with a cancelation and I was able to see the doctor. [ ] and three tests scheduled to address my new and changing health issues. Without her persistence, I'd still be waiting...probably for another [ ].

I completed a spirit award for the lady who took my vitals etc. she had exceptional customer service skills. Very friendly, knowledgeable and I felt listened to. Lee health is lucky to have her!

Ted, Dr. Journigan's check-in nurse is very friendly and a pleasure to work with. He is very efficient and personable. Dr. Jounigan is very intilligent, efficient, easy to talk to, and takes time to explain everything. She is an excellent doctor!

Joan the MA was excellent. She always remembers me and my medical and personal history and makes me feel welcome as a patient. Dr Journigan is fantastic. I am a retired ER RN so I appreciate that she will explain my treatment and options to me in terms at are appropriate to my medical experience. Also, she never seems rushed and seems to really care about my concerns, always taking the time necessary to discuss and answer my questions. In addition, most physicians seem to only recommend one treatment plan, but Dr Journigan always gives me options and explains the pro's and con's of each one and lets me make the final decision. As a provider Dr Journigan is 10/10. Highly recommended!

I think her name is Joan and she was the medical assistant who took my history, vitals, etc. overall, this was just an amazing experience, everything you could hope for from a health care experience.

Everyone was amazingly good. This appointment was a rescheduled one as a result of [ ]. They never forgot about me. Dr. Journigan is the best and her nurses, and support staff are terrific. I'm very pleased and know that I'm in good, caring hands.
