Dr Journigan is very nice, friendly, professional and thorough in her assessment. I see her annually and look forward to checking in with her. Ted, her MA, was excellent as well, very friendly and professional.

Medical assistant was cheerful, informative, knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. Same for Dr. Journigan. The front desk staff, both on my arrival and departure, was cheerful and helpful. The whole experience was delightful!

Tom was very accommodating and made me feel all my concerns were normal. Questioned about things I spoke of for clarity. Dr. Journigan always explains what affects my heart and what I should follow up on with my primary care doctor. She cares about my entire health and knows anything else going wrong can affect the treatments she follows. So pleasant after the curt conversations my husband had with his doctor.

I think her name was rose. She was the nurse that did my vitals and verified my [ ]. She seemed like she listened when I talked. Dr Journigan should take a page out her book.

I know how difficult it is to get an appointment. There was nothing available. A day later there was a cancellation and they called me immediately. Very much appreciated.

Christine was exceptionally helpful getting me in to see the doctor. After an ER visit I was advised to see my cardiologist. I tried for weeks to do so, only to be told there were no appointments available period. Until 2025! I asked to at least make an appointment for n3xt [ ] and was told it wasnot possible. Christine called me with a cancelation and I was able to see the doctor. [ ] and three tests scheduled to address my new and changing health issues. Without her persistence, I'd still be waiting...probably for another [ ].
