From the moment I met Dr Kramer I knew I had found the best in his field. He was very well versed in my history and he then methodically offered a treatment plan tailored to my needs. He did so in the most profesional, compassionate, reassuring way possible. Dr Kramer is the consummate professional, the total package. Lee Health should be very proud to have him as part of their team.

The check out desk made combining future appointments for testing possible on the same day. They encouraged me calling if the OP services if they did not call me this week to schedule. They also encouraged calling back if the appointment was too far out despite waiting list. So thankful for this advice.

The medical assistant that took vitals and EKG was great. Dominic who made the echo appt and the gal at the appt desk actually everyone we came in contact with was extremely nice and professional.

Dr. Kramer is the best doctor I have ever had. For over forty years I have never had a doctor that read my entire medical history. He noticed that I had sarcoidosis in the 1980s and recommended that I go to a pulmonologist.

The nurses, the CNAs, and staff could not have been better at either Cape Coral or Ft. Myers hospital. They worked feverishly to get my heart attack under control, saving my life. Also I could not have asked for a better cardiologist then Dr. Kramer. He inserted by 2 stints perfectly, especially after I had told him my fear of heart surgery. He was a compassionate and understanding doctor
