Had a virtual screening not with my Primary Doctor stayed waiting over 1 hour for the Doctor to show up.Seems like the Doctor on wanted to to send a prescription in for Medication.Symtom still exist Very disappointed been a Patient over 15years

Not only are they super nice, they are knowledgeable no matter the situation. Plus, they were great getting both me and my husband in when we both had unexpected issues.

BPC is always responsive to their patientsBPC is both communicative and efficient.I have been a patient at BPC for over 4 years and have always been more than satisfied with their services. The proximity to the Baptist Hospital is another asset which benefits the patients.

The staff and physician are very kind and patient. Dr. Glick takes his time with patients. He's not only concerned with the physical health, he also shows concern about your mental and spiritual health.

Needs more/better staff to answer phones, coordinate with doctors, ensure that bloodwork orders are in place etc. also there are issues with doctors requiring superfluous appointments to get blood results when a call or portal message would suffice

The doctors are good. The office personnel need to go back to charm school. They do not know how to treat customers. It takes a long time for your calls to be answered. Office staff very disorganized. I have talked about this with friends that go to this office and they say the same thing.

Everyone is friendly and efficient. I'll miss Dr. Glick when he leaves. He has seen me through a couple of very serious conditions, and I'll always appreciate his caring manner and direction.

My doctor and his nurse. Everyone else us unfriendly and uncaring. I hate saying that because Dr. Gluck is the best but try to get something done through the rest of the staff is lije pulling teeth.

It's quick...and the office is easy to enter and exit unlike a hospital. However, one of the telephone attendants needs some training on professionalism and patience. The African American one. There is a hispanic lady who is very polite. The other lady seems annoyed by customers / patients...but that's her job, we also don't want to have to come in. She seems annoyed by having to do her job. Everything else is fine. Dr, nurses...no problem.

Very professional. Every time I've been in there. At 67 years old I have anxiety about going to any doctor. But I go into this office without a problem. All the ladies are very nice and professional.

No one appeared to be enjoying their day or no enthusiasm. Just very somber in the office. Would help to see some smiles since most people come to the doctor with negative issues.
