I Only stay with this practice because ofDr. Jorge Diaz. I despise the office he is in because they've made several errors regarding my child's medication They also relate messages incorrectly, no matter how careful I am in contacting them via email or telephone call By the time I get to see Dr. Diaz with my child is when he finds out of everything that happens because they keep it from the doctors knowledge He has a new nurse who is horrible. Dr. Diaz used to have an excellent nurse who always helped me and made sure to keep me informed and there never has been an error in my child's medication like there is now

Dr. Diaz, make sure everything is to our satisfaction. He makes sure where you leave there very happy and never an issue never felt uncomfortable. He is very good and calm with my child. And he makes us feel very warm inside. When we leave there and during The Visit as well, if there's any concerns, I bring it to him. And he answers it immediately, and gets the proper answer to me. He's a wonderful person and doctor he does his job like he should. I never have any issues with him at all. I Don'

Both Dr. Diaz and his nurse were very kind and caring. Dr. Diaz showed concern for my child by making sure she was scheduled as soon as possible for her follow-up. Lisa, the scheduler, was on her way out of the office but turned around and went back to her office to schedule the follow-up as soon as possible.
