What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I'm glad to have someone in my area so I don't have to drive downstate to receive care. It seems we've been losing a lot of medical personnel in the upper peninsula and it makes it hard to find care.

Have had yearly appointments for the last 6 years and have no complaints. Staff is always very helpful and willing to help.

I have a complicated health history. I am a recent transplant patient. The staff knows and listens to my concerns. They never make me feel like I’m asking a silly or irrational question.

With Dr. Sommers you are not just a number. He wasn’t watching the clock and was quick and efficient.

Jonathan is a complete professional. He knew when I was joking and I knew when he was joking. The appointment was like a friendly visit. Easy to talk to.

I would say he listened to what I had to say and came up with a solution. I would recommend him highly. I would like to add the hand sanitizer question doesn’t apply to my visit, do I did not pay attention if sanitizer was used or not.

He was friendly and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable about sleep disorder indicators and prepares you well for what to expect in a sleep study. He listens to anything you have to say before continuing with the evaluation. He is very thoughtful.

From the moment we walked into the building all staff were very polite,caring,made you feel at ease and most of all cared for you like you were family.

Extremely kind and knowledgeable. Made my son comfortable and interacted with him that made my him more relaxed and open to being evaluated for his illness at the time

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I went to the walk in clinic and the care I received from the professional staff was fantastic, but Stephanie at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. As she was the first introduction to the clinic, I didn’t have high hopes for the experience in general. Luckily the nurses, np, and provider were able to make up for the fronts shortcomings that day.
