Dr. Erius was extremely polite and personable every time that I visited him. He demonstrates professionalism and caring toward his patients simultaneously. He was a pleasure to work with and will do very well in all future endeavors.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
We sat in an exam room for over an hour waiting to be seen for my son’s physical. After about a half hour I stuck my head out to ask if we had been forgotten and was told the doctor would be in shortly. After another half hour someone knocked on the door to check on the status of the exam room only to find out we had been forgotten. This wasn’t the doctor’s fault and he was extremely apologetic. We left after 2.5 hours to find we were the last vehicle left in the parking lot. I realize it was extremely busy the day of the physicals but this wasn’t acceptable.

He is very knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. He is not in a hurry to get done and move on. He shows interest in me.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Very understanding of my desire to not be on any medications unless absolutely necessary and the wean off them as soon as possible. I found his compassion very noteworthy!

I loved he had read my whole chart and is going to figure out my health needs himself instead of passing me off to specialists who have not helped me

Dr Erius's himself he did his job very professionally. I'd see him again if it was necessary for me to.

I don't think a thing could have made my visit any better than it was. It went very well and they got me in as fast as they could.

Dr. Erius was instrumental in getting a referral set up with Henry Ford Specialty Center in Saginaw for me with a gastroenterologist.

One of the best hospital follow-up appointments I have had.
