Dr J, was excellent , his clear , concise descriptions and use of visual aides helped to relieve my concerns regarding my health . He listened and valued my knowledge of my genetics, health status , previous health issues and valued my actions regarding improving my health. Dr J s recommendations, understanding and manner in involving me in realistic path to long term health showed empathy and respect for my ability to find solutions to our working toward my health objectives and harmony with medical responsibility and not clinical disrespect for the person I am which I have experienced in past .

I am having a TAVR, but it has not yet been scheduled. I voiced my concern to both the Nurse and Dr. Jeyabarath; they both explained the situation, to many people need the procedure, and not enough doctors can do it. They followed up with scheduling. The next day, I received notification via text in MyChart about the scheduling.

Check it was very good, the lady that checked me in & checked me out was very amazing she had the biggest smile & talked with a smoothing tone & look like she genuinely loves her job

The staff at the front desk were Wonderful! Peggy went above and beyond to get me an appointment so I could have surgery and the lady at the front office when I went in for my appointment was wonderful also! I hope they never leave!!!!

Dr. Jeyabarath prescribed treatment following his review of my most recent lab results and sent a referral to the Oncology Department, asking that a hematologist contact me to set up iron infusions to cure anemic iron deficiency. I have already been contacted and told that an appointment would be set up next week.

Dr Jay and his staff remain at the top. They continue to provide excellent care. The explanations are easy to understand, The recommendations are easy to follow. The Doctor and staff are friendly, very well informed and very welcoming. The doctor and his staff make me feel comfortable and safe.
