Things went very smooth with check in and going to the exam room. Wish i would have received papers summarizing my visit. With instructions on care for the spot. Everyone was very nice and professional.

When I made the appt. the receptionist was very unfriendly on the phone. When I arrived in person I could tell it was the same person because she was very short and used a bad tone of voice with me. She was impatient because I didn't understand something, just unfriendly.

Sam and Jesse and Dr. Duvall were amazing. Becky needs to work on her people skills. Even if you're having a bad day, you shouldn't take it out on patients.

I love the new office. The ladies at the front were very pleasant. Jesse immediately told me what was going on with my skin rash and was very informative and caring. I had the treat of Dr Duval making a visit to check my moles. I have been coming to him for about 35 years, I very blessed to have him as my dermatologist.

Visit with the nurse practitioner was good - but my 8 a.m. appointment ran 35 minutes late, which seems hard to do so early in the morning. Perhaps the practice is scheduling appointments too close together?

Our visit with Jesse went smoothly. It was great when his expression and questions showed he was familiar with my teenager's condition which had been unknown to our primary care nurse practitioner. He explained the condition and treatment and made sure my teenager understood. I Altavista him including me in the conversation and speaking to my teenager, the patient, directly.

My appointment was to check on the procedure on my lip two months previously, which had healed. I mentioned to Jesse some other smaller matters and he wants to treat these in January, but I don't think I'm ready for that yet as these items have not really caused a problem. I appreciate the prescription for eczema and will try that for a few weeks. Please cancel my appointment for January 11. Thank you.

Staff not very informative. Waited an hour pass my appointment to see doctor. I had to go ask and then they said doc was running late. Doctors are excellent but the entire staff could do better communicating. I sat in the exam room 5 minutes before walking out and asking we are done?

My visit was my first ever to VitalSkin Dermatology. I was received warmly by each of the staff, nurses and Doctor. A full exam was given and a sample of tissue from an area of concern was collected. I am awaiting results of the biopsy.

Check in was timely, in to see Jesse was timely. Jesse performed a thorough exam, focusing on my concerns. Dr. Duvall came in to verify issues. Everyone was very professional. No issues.
