As an employee myself I see how the staff interact and knew my daughter would be in great hands with the staff there. I am proud and blessed to have our family be cared for by mymichigan

As an employee I have seen the staff and their interactions and I knew I wanted to transfer my daughters to this office. They accepted both my daughters and the experience was as expected. Compassionate, caring, professional and over all pleasant!

This was my first visit with Jennifer Woods. She was personable and attentive. I felt at ease - and felt confident in her diagnosis. Definitely would request to see her again when the need arises.

This clinic and Jennifer Woods will now be my place to go when needed even though I live in [city]. The staff was professional and courteous and I was able to get in right away. I felt Jennifer's assessment and plan of treatment was thorough and was confident of her diagnosis.

Overall my experience with this urgent care has been good but I felt Jennifer Woods was considering and did not do a thorough examination. I would return to this urgent care hoping to get a different provider.

Dr. Wachob is my child’s primary care physician and we are not able to get in to see her on short notice. Therefore Jennifer is the medical professional we are able to get into otherwise we have to get into the walk-in clinic. [Defamatory statement removed.] which ended up with me having to do more emails and follow up afterwards.

I made an appt to talk to Dr Woods about the results of two MRI images. I read the results on MyChart, but I wanted to have her explain the results in laymen terms. She was very thorough and took all the time I needed to feel satisfied with her explanation.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing, she was great and I felt very satisfied when I left.

With the doctor Woods, was, she actually sat down, and actually listen to me with the intent, and wanting to help me get better with my mental health. Of an old doctor I had, I was told that I couldn’t get, “help unless I talk to a psychiatrist”, which hurt because I knew I needed help, and it made it feel like I was being forced, and I have a really hard time opening up to people about issues I know I need help with. It does not help, knowing I, myself, have major trust issues. So, taking you people… Opening up to someone, is really hard. And, Doctor Woods understood that. I am honestly really thankful to have such an understanding person, to talk to.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. It was such an amazing chance to talk to someone, and get the help, I need. I’m on day 6 of my meds. 🙂

The MA did not greet me when I first came through the doors after calling my name. She should have clarified who I was.

She explained to me that she is going into pediatrics now, but referred me to Dr. Power. She did say she would care for me until I can see him as his patient.

Nothing, she listened to me and took all the time I needed to talk about an uncomfortable subject.

Assistant does not know how to clinically and safely flush ears. She put me into severe vertigo which I feel could have been adverted if she has done the procedure correctly. She needs the procedure reviewed and demonstrated. I have been experiencing vertigo ever since my visit. Not good!
