Dr. Kerns will always get 5 stars from me. She listens to her patients, works very hard to find solutions to issues and truly cares about the well-being of her patients. I can�t say enough good about her. She is a top notch doctor. I really appreciate her!

Dr. Kerns is a phenomenal physician and I�m incredibly grateful for her! It�s because of her that I have decent vision with contact lenses. I had RK years ago and once I needed corrective lenses again, she�s the only doctor who could help me!

I�v seen 2 other Dr�s at Spokane Eye Clinic and I started to lose hope and trust there. I had a very disappointing experience and wasn�t too excited about going back in to see a 3rd Dr but I was so glad I did. Dr Kerns listened and explained things so well. I appreciated that she gave me insight the pros and cons and prepared me in case things didn�t work out for my eyes quite like I expected. Maybe if the other Dr�s would have taken the time to do that, my expectation would have been more realistic. I felt like she helped to restore some of my faith in Spokane Eye Clinic and I definitely felt heard and seen by her. I feel like she has earned my trust and I appreciate the time and care she provided at my appointment. She�s amazing!

Jennifer is very kind and knowledgeable. She is quick and thorough but never felt like I was rushed. I learned more with her than I gave in the last 10 years from previous provider. Glad I switched!
