Jennifer took her time with me and listened when I talked on and on and seemed interested in what I had to say and explained things with a new perspective that made a lot of sense.Tallitha (sp?) the assistant could not have been any friendlier or more kind to me. Luke at the desk was very nice, too. Surprisingly pleased with the entire experience there.

The doctor walked me through the process of making a diagnosis, provided the significance of an additional sleep study, and really validated my concerns. I've been struggling for so long, and I finally see the end of the tunnel. Great job overall!

I wouldn't say anything was super excellent but I did get plenty of explanation from Jennifer the physicians assistant who spoke with me. She was very thorough on that part but because she deleted and maybe it wasn't her that's why I'm just saying it's good.

To be honest, the staff in the front office are about as nice and helpful as you can find. Similarly, my clinician was very professional. I know you are supposed to mix up the ratings and not give all 5's, but this group really is friendly and helpful and could answer any questions posed. I am new to this area and device and they answered all of my questions well. Very good, hence all 5's.

All the staff were terrific! I'm sorry I can't think of the young lady that did my pre service check in but she was an engaging, lovely personality! Jennifer was perfect. I felt like we were two friends talking about my issues without any concerns or fears. I appreciated gentle, kind approach. Perfect!

I thought Jennifer Erpenbeck was very clear and thorough in reviewing the results of my sleep study. She identified where the issues are and provided recommendations and referrals to the proper specialists to continue to figure out what is causing the issues. She was great!
