Jennifer was great! Very knowledgeable, explained how my new CPAP process would work and was responsive to my request for a letter to my knee surgeon.

Over all the entire staff I encountered was amazing. From the front desk to the nurse and the provider I saw. Each one was professional and knowledgeable of their part in my experience.

While the PA provided good care, the clinic appears to be poorly equipped to handle the number of patients needing sleep studies. Having only 12-15 units leads to excessive wait times-months just to start the process. This significantly delays diagnosis and treatment and suggests the department is under-resourced. More equipment is clearly needed to properly accommodate patients.

Jennifer was extremely wonderful. We have been visiting a lot of doctors lately trying to find answers to things we know are not normal. Some of the doctors we have seen so far have been very dismissive & even rude. Jennifer was extremely kind, listened to my son & more importantly believed him, answered all of our questions & never seemed to be in a hurry. I cannot say enough how thankful we were for this breath of fresh air in this health care system.

The doctor or nurse practitioner that I saw was fantastic. She explained everything in great detail and continually asked if I had any questions for her. She was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything.
