She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and has a wonderful sense of humor. I needed my wedding ring removed due to an upcoming MRI and surgery. After weeks of trying, I still couldn't get it off. She took out some surgical gel and rubbed it on all over my finger, wiggled it several times and quickly pulled it off! :) So very glad I didn't have to have it cut off!

The complaint is not with Jennifer Birdsey. I never even got to meet her. She came highly recommended from a friend. I am sad that the system waisted both of our times by letting me schedule an appointment when she wasn’t accepting new patients.
