Jenni has been an awesome provider to work with. She listens and I felt she established a great relationship with me. I could message her anytime with issues and she was always prompt and informative. I am so sad she is leaving. ☹️

It was fine that I had to see a student and she did a very good job but then I had to wait while she talked to Jennifer and then we had to repeat everything with Jennifer. Seems like there would be a more time efficient way for her to learn while still moving along more quickly.
