Dr. Balawender is a excellent primary care doctor who truly cares about her patients, as evidenced by her questions and the time she takes. I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor!

Excellent with adjustments and providing excellent conservative treatment. How do I provide feedback on your schedulers for imaging. I just called to make an appointment and the scheduler was rude and short with me when I inquired about alternative dates available. I was appalled.

I would tell everyone that she really cares. She takes all the time I need when I have an appointment. (That might be why she's not always on time) She really discusses my treatment and is always interested in what I have to say. She's the best!

The doctor listens intently trying to get to the bottom of your health concerns. She immediately wanted to find out more by ordering x-rays, and discussed the techniques that she may use.

I tell everybody I absolutely love doctor JenI. She is the stunner of my care team in the most important part. She is incredibly good at deciding what next steps to take when something comes up. Rather, it be a referral to a different specialist or a new way to try to treat something.

I feel very fortunate that Dr. Balawender and her team provide my care. She is a great listener and seeks my perspective in managing my health care. She is knowledgeable and when necessary, thoughtfully arranges for additional tests or consults. She explains my results more than I would expect and keeps great records.
