I saw Dr Filter at Urgent Care. The staff were all friendly and efficient. I was evaluated, medications were ordered and I was on my way home within 1/2 hour. It was a great experience.

Urgent Care was very busy the day I was there. They did a great job of moving things along. Everyone I encountered was friendly and respectful. Dr. Filter listened to my concerns and provided appropriate care.

Good personal skills, direct knowledge of treatment and protocol for treatment of Lyme disease. Excellent communication he followed up at end of the day with a phone call to confirm that I had received the medication.

Helpful, attentive, and went beyond my expectations by speaking with my surgeon about my acute problem. Also, he asked if there was anything else he could do to help at the end of visit and also encouraged me to reach out to him with any concerns that came up after the visit

He listened well, and ordered an immediate X-ray, explained to me my issue by showing me the X-ray, and sent me straight to ER.

This provider listened carefully to my concerns, explained exactly how they were going to treat my issue, and made suggestions on how to avoid this problem in the future. Sarah, a medical assistant, did an excellent job cleaning the wax out of my very plugged ears, and then Jeffery Filter checked them both and I left feeling much better. I appreciate the professionalism from everyone I dealt with during my visit.

I would reccomend it everytime. They are kind, listen and make sure you get what you need to get healthy again. They helped me when my tooth that had been bothering me turned out to be infected and very painful, antibiotics lessened the pain in a couple days of taking medication. Thank you!

Tests were conducted prior to seeing the doctor based on my input. I feel I was taken seriously and my hunch was correct. The doc explained what the treatment was and recommended follow up after diagnosing. I’m confident all that could be done was.

He didn’t listen to my whole answer when he asked the question, and didn’t seem like he was fully in the room. It was busy and I definitely felt rushed. He also didn’t explain that there would be a charge for the boot he wanted me to wear.
