Sometimes it takes a couple days to receive a call back from staff

Nothing, Dr Seidel & Renee were very gentle & understanding.

She was very personable. She got to the point, was professional, answered all my questions, I was confident with her answered and feel very happy to have her as my physician. Thank you.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I can’t think of a thing. I would love to have my cancer care move quickly as I knew it was advanced but realize to get good care I need to be patient and wait for my phone calls or messages. Thank you .

She always explains things so I understand. I have complete confidence in her. I started cancer treatment downstate,after my mother passed away we moved up here.

Dr. Siedel has always been very professional. She always listens and answers all of my questions and shows genuine interest in my health and overall well being.

The excellent care, honesty and patience, also the very positive, calming and hopeful feeling I always have after an appointment.

Her quick response to meet with me as soon as we finally got CT results & her personal concern for me. I appreciated her explaining my options & scheduling a PET Scan right away. I have great confidence in her!

Not a thing. My daughter was present with me & was impressed with Doc Siedel too!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Doc Siedel gave me encouragement & hope. She showed me concern but not hopelessness. Some Doctors do not do this. Anyone who is dealing with cancer needs hope. It's not over until God says it's over. God Bless Her, she's a Great Doctor in my opinion!

Explain pet scan in more detail since it was different from previous pet scan.

I think I needed a few more references in order to do further reading on the condition that I have been diagnosed with. I'm kind of left googling about my condition. Which can be horrifying.
