Dr. Carstensen was fantastic with my mom. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable, she was kind, funny, and direct. Sad loss for Columbus. We appreciate all the help she's been. We will miss her, but we wish her all the best!

When I first started seeing Dr Carstensena couple years ago , I had just list my original primary care Dr of 30 years due to retirement. I was very anxious having to switch Dr.s cuz I have several health issues. Dr. Carstense immediately put me at ease. She made me feel like I had been in her care for years. If she wouldn't be leaving. I never would swith providers. I will definitely miss her.

She is always wonderful. Dr. C will ask how you're doing In ALL aspects of health plus life in general. She's the doctor I'm comfortable with, TRUST and share a sense of unique humor. Dr. Jean IS a one in a million MD.

Dr. Carstensen is absolutely the best physician. She is caring and very thorough. I find that she listens carefully and shares information openly, taking as much time as necessary to ensure that I understand. She collaborates with me to come up with solutions to my medical concerns. Overall, a great experience.
