Everyone and everything was outstanding! Jamie Lee is so friendly, competent, and professional, and George is calm, professional and respectful when doing the tests. Even Dr Cao popped in to greet me while I was waiting for Jamie Lee!

Every person that I encountered was exceptional! Unfortunately, I don't remember everyone's names. Both Jamie and Karen went above & beyond my expectations! I have been to many medical offices & facilities over the years, and I've never experienced the kind, friendly, welcoming, well-organized and thorough service and staff that I had at Dr. [ ] office. They were amazing and very knowledgeable, concerned and helpful. Jamie spent a lot of time with me answering all of my questions with very clear communication skills and unending patience. Both Jamie and Karen never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. They made me feel valued and important to them. This office should be an example of how to treat a patient. Although I was a patient, I felt like a valued customer in a high-end service oriented business. They were outstanding! I look forward to meeting Dr. [ ] when I return in November.

When we arrived to the office, they took us on our appointment time. Spent a lot of time updating my records etc. Jamie was very good. Reviewed my history an made recomendations on other issues I had. Very pleased with our overall visit.

Yes, Dr Jamie Lee Borkowski she's friendly easy to talk to. She cares and listens and explains things the way I can understand. She's patient and makes sure I understand everything and help me get the next appointment. Over all she's a great Dr. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a real Dr.
