This is the first time that I had an appointment with Miss Jamie. She took her time with me, never made me feel rushed when I had questions or didn't understand something, she explained everything thoroughly and even gave me printouts of what we discussed. She was not pushy with the procedures but she was very honest on what she felt the next step was. It's funny cuz I was a little hesitant on seeing a PA I wanted to see Dr [last name] but he didn't have any openings for a while. I'm very glad that I did make the appointment with Miss Jamie. The amount of time she spent with me really made me feel like I was important. Sometimes doctors just want to get you in and out not once did she ever make me feel that way. Thank you Miss Jamie for a very good first experience. I look forward to continuing my relationship with you and Dr [last name].

Jamie was very pleasant and professional. Her comments indicated she had reviewed my records prior to the appointment and was attentive to my questions. She took her time to address my concerns and provided answers that were easily understood. The visit was not rushed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing comprehensive care.
