I had a very concerning spot appear suddenly on my right ear. They worked me in quickly and Dr. Whorton removed the spot.

The young lady who took me to the exam room was the most pleasant I have encountered in some time and Dr Wharton is very patient and understanding.

Forms provided by mail prior to appointment were completed and turned in at the appointment, reviewed by desk for signatures and tossed in the garbage by desk. Details of patient's issue were not passed through to the examination team which caused patient frustration (wasted time filling out forms) when questions regarding issue were asked.

Exam room experience was excellent. The forms that I filled out were a bit extensive, given I was not a new patient, just an annual visit.

Dr. Wharton did a thorough visual inspection for skin cancers. He found none, but did use liquid nitrogen on several areas of concern.

For the 1st time in 15 years, I was disappointed. On March 20, I had a biopsy on spot on cheek, although thought to be nothing serious. TWO MONTHS later, I get a call from office stating biopsy was a squamous cell carcinoma and Dr. would like to do either a scrape or suggest a cream. When, I went in for treatment, I was advised that MOHS was probably best option. Now I am awaiting Mohs on June 10.

actual visit great; problem is I was told a couple of weeks before that my previous scheduled appointment needed to be rescheduled. I have had to reschedule probably 3 or 4 of the last 5 or 6 times I had appointments. I understand emergencies require rescheduling but vacation and scheduled off days can b planned long in advance and should not cause patient appt rescheduling
