I have always been able to bring my children in the same day if they were sick. The staff remember us and are so kind to our little boys. Dr. Waler is patient and friendly and very knowledgeable. He has never made us feel rushed and is compassionate when our boys were really sick. I'm so thankful to have the care of these healthcare providers!

Always a great experience with Dr Waler. He is very thorough. He listens to all our questions and details. He provides very valuable guidance and wisdom to our teenagers and shows he genuinely cares about their health and wellbeing. Office staff team is always courteous, caring and helpful.

Majority of the staff were kind and professional. My only inconvenience is one of the women who were registering patients. She was quite condescending towards a Muslim couple who were trying to check in. There's signs everywhere about patient privacy but apparently that doesn't apply to the older lady checking them in. She was loud when she asked 'you don't have insurance?!' 'We don't take that!'. Just rude overall towards many. Minutes later, I noticed she continued to speak loud about everyone's business who would approach her to ask question. I've worked for customer service for 20 years and I haven't seen someone treat patients that way in the medical field. She may need some training or need to be corrected.

My son is 16 and an IBD Patient. He was admitted into the hospital on 1-3-24 and discharged with an NG tube on 1-8-24. Our hospital stay with Wolfson's was horrible, plagued with many doctors that were conniving and unprofessional. My son was hurt, upset, and angry when we left the hospital. We had been in the middle of trying to find a new primary for him prior to be admitted as Mayo Clinic didn't seem to be really doing anything. We called Baptist and explained our situation and they called Dr. Waler's office and were able to get us in to see him since it was important for James to follow up with someone once we left the hospital. Dr. Waler is a remarkable human being! He took the time to get to know us, find out the situation, and ask questions. He gave us information and answered our questions. Above all he was polite, compassionate, understanding, and very professional. After having such a horrible experience at the hospital, I cannot even begin to express how much we needed someone like Dr. Waler at that very moment in time. He gave comfort to us and gave my family some hope that there are still good doctors out there that care and can be trusted and counted on. We are very thankful that we were connected with him and will be continuing to see him for our son.

Love this office. The staff is great, the doctors are amazing... Doctor Waler is an amazing pediatrician, I've been coming here for 21 years. They are remodeling the offices just a little sad the painting in the rooms are gone.

We just switched pediatricians after 14 years. Our previous one was very difficult to get a hold of or schedule appointments with. This office was easy to work with & very little wait time. Dr. Waler was patient with my 2 boys & spent ample Ron's getting to know them. Very pleased.

Everyone is friendly and efficient! I called to say I'd be a few minutes late and the nurse that answered was so kind about it. Made this rushed, working mom feel so much better. I loved Dr. Edralin and I love Dr. Waler. They've always provided excellent healthcare for my son.
