I have been a patient of Dr Cuellar's for a long time. I moved 5 hours away a decade ago and I make the drive to see him. He earned my trust with his knowledge, wit, and caring attitude. I'm glad I was able to get one more visit in to see him before he begins enjoying his well deserved retirement.
