What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Waldron was courteous and respectful, and he took the time to explain the procedure he would perform. He and his staff went out of their way to contact my insurance company to confirm the procedure was covered.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Doctor and Nurses are excellent. I did have to wait 2 weeks from the referral to talk to the office staff. I had to call them. After two weeks of waiting to hear from the office, I called and was told that I needed to wait for the doctor to determine IF I needed to make an appointment. I called a second time 5 days later, and left a message. I was in pain. Hard to sleep and walk. They called two days after that and made an appointment for 6 days later. Once I actually got in, Dr Waldron was amazing. The nurses were Amazing. Whomever I was dealing with on the phone, frustrating. I didn’t know that I needed to contact them. I didn’t care that it was summer and Doctors were working shorter hours. I just wanted to be seen. That was my only complaint. The X Ray Tech was fine, but I did get the feeling I was a burden to her getting X-rays. But she did a good job.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
My experience with Dr. Waldron was very positive. I appreciated his candor and I appreciated that he took the time to deep dive into my injury, he also, and this must have been very difficult to do, recognize his lack of surgical experience with the potential complexity of my issue, talked it over with a more experienced colleague, and felt I would be better served with the other doc doing the surgery. Lots of respect.
