DR Jacob A Borgsmiller of SSM, Shawnee, Oklahoma, is very experienced, helpful, goes out of his way to help patients, knowledgeable, listens carefully to his patients, provides outstanding medical assistance. I have had a number of doctors in past years, but he is really tops in his field!

Very friendly; easy to talk with. Since my changing to him, I'm still not confident in his knowledge, or lack of, regarding my medical issues. After moving to Shawnee, has been difficult changing to a new doctor who is unfamiliar with my medical history & who has not yet proven his understanding of my overall aging health care needs or my long term, chronic pain issues. He is very interested in treating my depression issues.

Not one to complain but service and follow thru is minimal.Drs are very hard to find especially with medicare advantage.So far I have medical issues resolved .I plan to pursue my needs assertively.I definately want my concerns to be privately expressed at this point.
