I can't say enough about how my care was handled. Ramona was so nice and explained everything clearly when I checked in. The lady at the front desk was very kind. Dr. Filosa had a very caring demior. He took time with me explaining my heath history and I didn't feel like I was being rushed. He was very thorough telling me what I need to do.
I'm very thankful and grateful to have him as my doctor.

Dr Ron Landmann and his staff have been absolutely exceptional in their care and support of my health!! It’s a normal expectation that the average person would freak out after learning that they have colon cancer. I never did. Every person that i spoke with at BMDA, PACE and the Hospital told me that Dr Landmann was exceptional - none of them knew that the other told me the same thing!! I knew that God placed me with him and I never panicked, cried, etc.! He truly is a special medical professional and I am so blessed!
I am eternally grateful and if there is an award that I can nominate him for, please advise me because he deserves it! I have already applied for the Daisy Award for Tiffany and Candice - not sure its available for Krista, his P.A

Dr. Filosa spent a lot of time listening to me ,and intelligently responding to all of my questions and thoroughly explaining what was going on and what I needed to do to get relief from my symptoms. Office staff was very accommodating and reassuring. Thank you.

No one wants to be in this position but if you find yourself here, the care is exceptional. They are caring, loving, compassionate and help you through every step of the process. I feel blessed to have been able to seek and receive amazing care at MD Anderson.

My experience at Baptist Medical MD Anderson Cancer Center has been fantastic. The team of professionals truly cares about their patients, not only trying to cure cancer but always keeping the patient at the center of their treatment. Every team members listens to understand and speaks with compassion and to educate.
