EVERYTHING!!!! I felt very welcome and comfortable upon entering the 5th floor until I left the check out desk. I felt as if I mattered when the doctor listened to me, letting me express my concerns and included me in the subsequent plan of care. GOOD RAPPORT and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I don't remember when I've been this pleased with a medical visit.

All of the visits have been very friendly, thorough and concerned about all of my health not just the cancer I'm there for. I look forward to all of appointments and everyone handling my appointments. We just finished up 4th year check up. Thankfully with the treatments and aftercare I have not had any reoccurrances. They've done everything they said they would do since stage 3 diagnosis. I don't believe I could ask for any better outcome. Wonderful people and facilities.

Everything- caring and helpful staff- listened to my concerns and responded. Made sure I understood information given, escorted to where I needed to go and showed where other places were as we went by. Beautiful, relaxing facility.

Surgery was without complications. I have confidence in the follow-up plan that was adopted. I was surprised by the advanced technology, methods, and tests used in both the surgery and the follow-up.
