Dr Filosa and his nurse Virginia have impeccable bedside manner. They are also very personable , professional, and take the time to answer any questions that you have without rushing you. Dr Filosa's bedside manner is 10 star. He listens to questions, speaks in simple terms to help patient's understanding. Recognizes patient's confusion about medical terms and finds a different way to explain. I never felt like he was too busy to explain procedures/protocols. Encouraged contact outside of appointments if I had any questions. I left every appoint/surgery feeling like he cared!
