I can't say enough about how my care was handled. Ramona was so nice and explained everything clearly when I checked in. The lady at the front desk was very kind. Dr. Filosa had a very caring demior. He took time with me explaining my heath history and I didn't feel like I was being rushed. He was very thorough telling me what I need to do. I'm very thankful and grateful to have him as my doctor.

Dr Filosa and his nurse Virginia have impeccable bedside manner. They are also very personable , professional, and take the time to answer any questions that you have without rushing you. Also the way that they communicate with my family is outstanding. My surgery and after care have been seamless. I feel well cared for. Thank you!

Dr Filosa's bedside manner is 10 star. He listens to questions, speaks in simple terms to help patient's understanding. Recognizes patient's confusion about medical terms and finds a different way to explain. I never felt like he was too busy to explain procedures/protocols. Encouraged contact outside of appointments if I had any questions. I left every appoint/surgery feeling like he cared!
