Everyone I interacted with was extremely kind, thoughtful, and personable; and everything was done in a timely fashion (and on time). Dr. Filosa had excellent communication, discussed concerns thoroughly and provided explanations at an appropriate level. There was also some great humor at appropriate times. Honestly, despite the procedure I went in for not being something anyone really looks forward to, I would say this is one of the best experiences I have had going in for any kind of medical appointment.

Everything. Everyone included in my care were so in tuned to my needs. Dr.Filosa has an EXCELLENT team. He and his team were professional, caring and good listeners. I was allowed to freely express my needs/concerns. I know that they were very busy but they made me feel as if I were their only patient. From my first visit, I was so comfortable, as if I had known Dr Filosa forever. Once again, my decision to choose MD Anderson for care was validated.

EVERYTHING!!!! I felt very welcome and comfortable upon entering the 5th floor until I left the check out desk. I felt as if I mattered when the doctor listened to me, letting me express my concerns and included me in the subsequent plan of care. GOOD RAPPORT and CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't remember when I've been this pleased with a medical visit.
