Dr. Amy Ingalls was outstanding. She could not have done a better job. I could just tell that she cared. She was not in a rush to move on to her next patient.

In November of last year, I was transported from Lehigh Regional Medical Center (HCA) to Fawcett Hospital (HCA). On the Monday before Thanksgiving I had a heart cath or thought I had. Only resu!ts given us were from cardiologist [full name]. He prescribed heart surgery but farther north in FL. I didn't want to be that far from family.as we live in Lee County. So, we feel, he prescribed a Life Vest. After getting more info on LV, we did not feel I needed it but no other doctor would say "you don't need it". Aimee said that my records show no criteria to needing the L V. After four months and the expense of the L V, I took it off in the examing room! The next day it was on its way to Pittsburgh!

Both Aimee Ingalls & Christine were very professional and caring. They enabled be to be relaxed and answered my questions very thoroughly. It is especially helpful to receive written instructions for my at home care; medication instructions; follow-up appointments, and a summary of my vitals.

The nurse was very helpful & knowledgeable!Aimee was amazing, she definitely has the eye of the tiger! She developed a treatment plan that seems to be lowering my BP! Very happy with her in general! Thanks Aimee!

Very thorough with concerns & medications. Detailed explanation of heart & how medication helps heart functions. Showed concern & gave detailed info to help. Very thorough exam.

Aimee took the time to explain what my tests mean and helped me understand the level of concern I should have. She also took the time to help me recognize the things that could be attributing to my problem and how I can navigate this to reduce my stress level.
