Dr. Olinger was great. Very nice, kind man that listened to what I have going on, read the pathology report and provided me options for a solution that would work for me.

I found Dr. Nossoni to be professional and empathetic. As the patient: I like he invited me to ask my questions then after answering added info he thought we needed. (Patient first focus). My spouse states: "He has a great personality and approach, listens with patience, and provides clear responses".

The provider was kind, but he made his decision before he even looked at me. I believe he didn’t understand what I was trying to ask… he just repeatedp how they ‘do their procedures in my type of surgery. . I was asking about removing stitches and he kept telling me about revisions..I left feeling he didn’t understand what I was trying for I ask..

I would recommend him to anyone needing plastic surgery or reconstruction. I am very pleased with the results of my reconstruction on my nose related to cancer removal. He works well with the dermatologist surgeon in his building to have the cancer removed, then does the reconstruction at the hospital the very next day.I feel like he really cares about me as a person, not just as a patient or “case”.

Sheena has a extraordinary bedside manner and puts you at ease. I was anxious after devoping a post surgical wound and Sheena's prompt communication and reassurance was priceless. I only wish somebody would have told me sooner about the "flower" breast binder after I voiced concerns about the surgical bra riding up and cutting into my incisions. This has been a life saver for me and think had I had this compression garmet sooner my post surgical wound may have been avoided or certainly my recovery time and associated anxiety improved.
