Dr. Olinger and his staff were wonderful. My husband and I were treated very nicely. We were in there and out at no time and the doctor was wonderfully explaining everything to me as well as the nurses. I did not feel rushed. They took their time very happy with my experience.

Showed up 26 minutes late to a 30 minute appointment then cancelled my procedure due to something that was never mentioned or documented ACCURATELY previously. Please direct me to patient advocate for further assistance.

I did have to wait 25 minutes PLUS I was told to be there 1/2 hour early so it was almost a full hour wait for my appointment. The Doctor was wonderful though once I saw him.
