I did have to wait 25 minutes PLUS I was told to be there 1/2 hour early so it was almost a full hour wait for my appointment. The Doctor was wonderful though once I saw him.

Mary was very helpful, explaining things well, answering all of our questions, and very patient.. We never felt rushed. She was very knowedgeable. Mary has such a pleasant personality. We left blessed that we saw and worked with Mary.

This was my first visit with Sheena, and she was so friendly and caring along with being professional and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and listened to how I was feeling about my scar.

I had an extremely amount of questions. Shelia answered every single one of them and took the extra time to make sure I understood what was happening. She never made me feel rushed at all. She’s very professional and pleasant.

The provider was kind, but he made his decision before he even looked at me. I believe he didn’t understand what I was trying to ask… he just repeatedp how they ‘do their procedures in my type of surgery. . I was asking about removing stitches and he kept telling me about revisions..I left feeling he didn’t understand what I was trying for I ask..
