When scheduling the appointment I was not told that the Dr. did not perform the operation I told them that I needed. The Dr. was very good. He told me what to expect when I saw a surgeon who could help me.

When a provider puts you at ease, listens to your concerns and doesen't make you feel rushed is very inportant, also when they have taken the time to review your past medical history their reccomendations are easier to accept.
