Kristy because I honestly dislike talking to Drs , PA & having to be tested by them. But!!!!! She made my experience excellent, comfortable, understood & talked to me not at me. She listened to my complaints & didn't brush them off. Also her nurse I didn't get her name, she was funny, people friendly made me comfortable we talked & laughed like we knew each other & it was our first time meeting

Kristy Hyde was professional and friendly. She answered our questions regarding test results. She spent time with us, not making us feel rushed or like she had someplace else to be. She was excellent at explaining what we could possibly encounter in my recovery.

My visit was wonderful. The front desk was so kind and very accommodating even though I was early to my appointment. They were able to get me in earlier too. Kristy is awesome! She took the time to listen to my concerns and to offer suggestions and information to help me understand my condition. She explained my [ ] well and when I should be concerned. Overall, a very positive experience.
