Yes their understanding for me being very late! They laughed because staff members were also late due to a bad accident on Cape Coral Pkwy that morning!

The elevator was not working and a couple other problems going on, and the receptionist handled very well!!! She was helpful and friendly!!!

The young girl at the front desk was very good. (I'm sorry that I didn't get her name) She helped me with a future appointment and also helped my wife move her schedule from Ft Myers to Cape Coral.

Had a very good visit with the entire staff. They all present themselves of wanting to be thier and to take care of their patient. Great job by all!
