The Medical Assistant, Katie, was kind & caring. Kristy Hyde, Nurse Practitioner, reviewed my medical records fully & spent time talking to me & listening to my concerns. She was thorough, kind & professional.

I had mixed my appointments up . The front desk worked me in . This was so important because I was 3 weeks out of [ ] . Trying to navigate the many doctor visits and therapy are tough. I appreciate their understanding. [ ]

Kristy because I honestly dislike talking to Drs , PA & having to be tested by them. But!!!!! She made my experience excellent, comfortable, understood & talked to me not at me. She listened to my complaints & didn't brush them off. Also her nurse I didn't get her name, she was funny, people friendly made me comfortable we talked & laughed like we knew each other & it was our first time meeting

Kristy Hyde was professional and friendly. She answered our questions regarding test results. She spent time with us, not making us feel rushed or like she had someplace else to be. She was excellent at explaining what we could possibly encounter in my recovery.
