Soon as I got to the front desk, somebody help me check in got up from behind the desk and actually came over to help me check in. I thought that was pretty cool. Then they called me in the back and everybody was so nice friendly made you feel it ease. All the staff informed me exactly what was gonna happen and what to do to get ready. I would highly recommend this facility to my family and friends.

Dr Cooke explained everything to me before and after my procedure. His bedside manner is to be commended. Dr Cooke took his time to LISTEN to me! He assured me he will take good care of me! I am impressed also by the staff the day I came in, outstanding patient care.

I the doctor was great. I hope the doctor can give a little more time to patient to absorb what the doctor diagnosed and some time to ask questions.

Dr. Cooke was friendly, curious, and really took the time to explain the process. Even after the injection, he showed me my lower back on the screen and explained exactly what he had done. Very cool doctor!

I am a big fan of HSS and, since 1991, I have had eight surgeries and dozens of other procedures (epidurals, ablations, miscellaneous cortisone shots, hyaluronic acid shots, etc, plus evaluations for surgeries I have not had, evaluations by rheumatologists, and so on. Of all the excellent doctors I've seen, no one has been more focused on his or her patients, more empathetic, more proactive, more generous with his time, more encouraging, and more dedicated to helping than Dr. Paul Cooke. I've seen him numerous times since 2023, and he has personally performed at least a half-dozen epidurals of various types and referred me to colleagues for two types of ablations, all of which have been helpful.

Dr Casey and her staff addressed my bone on bone knee pain, delivered the gel injection carefully and professionally, while explaining the process every step of the way. Highly recommend Dr Casey.
