From the check in person, the security, the secretary, RN and MD'S all were polite from beginning to the end. I will recommend HSS at any given time. I am well please. Thank you

The Provider and staff are wonderful. I do think the parking lot and office need better "signage". An arrow directing patients to the HSS building would have been helpful after turning into the 1133 location. Navigating in the office was also confusing without signs. Overall amazing experience and I am grateful that access to care with HSS Providers closer to home is available.

I had corrective arm surgery from An inferior surgery in Maine 9/2025. The problem was identified quickly And I had more accomplished in 2 days than 2 months in Maine. Dr Hotchkiss and Kate listened to what I was saying and proceededWith a plan and corrective surgery.

After going to Five surgeons before I found Dr.Zlotolow , I can say that he is by far the most skilled, knowledgeable & friendly surgeon I have met. True story I changed my health insurance which costs us a fortune , just so I could have him do my surgery. That was Based on how comfortable he made us feel from the first visit we met him. Which was well what worth it and im saying this not fully recovered.. He genuinely cares about his patients and I couldn't be more happy with Dr. Zlotolow !
