Victor Howell was helpful about my hand. I was able to be at ease with my hand and the treatment. He gave me the shot with very minimal [ ]. I am very sure I have finally found my orthopedic group.

The entire staff from checking in, speaking with the MA Tina, APRN Victor and Surgery Scheduler Alex were great. Rack listened, heard me and addressed my questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

The Doctor was just so professional and concerned about my [ ]. We went over my [ ] and he explained very simply what the problem was He advised me what I should do and I agreed. He also [ ]. It has been the first time that I've been out of [ ] in 6 months. I actually slept through the night. I am so grateful for his help. I'll see him again after my [ ]. He is an asset to Lee Health and the community.

When I walked in the door everyone was so nice on first floor. The X-ray tech was very nice . Then up to the 2nd floor everyone was so nice and welcoming. Then all in the Orthopedic office everyone had a smile on their face.The PA was so pleasant and so very niice. That place I would go there all the time because everyone was enjoying their work. That makes you feel good to.
