I had my yearly visit/eye checkup with Dr. Fine. He was very thorough addressed my concerns, taking time to explain my issues with the retina, which was improving. The office staff is wonderful and efficient, as well as Crystal, in particular, who administered my vision tests. She was very patient and caring.
I would highly recommend Dr. Fine and the NJ Retina Group to anyone looking for a very caring

Doctor Fine explained what my problem was and how it was going to be treated. With every visit he informs me of the progress of the treatments and answers every question I have. So far I have regained the sight in my right eye and Doctor Fine has shown me that I have chosen the right Doctor. He is excellent.

excellent overall experience. I have been dealing with a retina occlusion for 2 years with no improvement. After finding Dr. Fine, within 2 visits, I have noticed a vast improvement and a much easier recovery after eye injection. He is caring, thorough and simply amazing.

I saw Dr. Fine yesterday 6/20/24, it was a very good experience. I waited 15 minutes to be called in to get eye pressure and check reading. Then another 15 min to go into room to see him. I was out before an hour.

Dr. Fine is an excellent physician. He explains everything, answers your questions and puts you at ease. You are never rushed and his bedside manner is one of caring. The office staff are pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Fine - he is the epitome of what a doctor should be.

I was seen by the first woman who did the eye tests, glaucoma test and verified information. She was pleasant, courteous, and very patient with me in getting the eye pressures. The next woman I saw took pictures. Again, very patient and courteous. After sitting for a bit in order for the eye drops to take effect, I was seen very promptly by Dr. Fine. My exam was very easy. He was pleasant, courteous, professional and told me of his findings, and answered my questions. I have great confidence in him and the staff at the Retina Center.

Dr. Fine is a highly skilled practitioner who has been instrumental in saving my vision. After every visit he contacts every physician who is part of my eye-care and keeps them in the loop. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs retina care.

Dr. Howard Fine is an excellent ophthalmologist and a Retina specialist. He is an expert. He is not only excels in his profession as a retina specialist, but he is a humanist and provide free voluntary services overseas. He has exceptional bedside manners. He checks his patients very thoroughly with lot of patience and provide feed back to the patient about the condition and suggests appropriate treatment options.
Inhave been going to him for my yearly retina checkup for over ten years. He also co-ordinate his treatment efforts with patients’ primary care physician and other doctors like cataract specialists and any medical professionals of patient’s relatives.

Excellent visit and exam. Dr. Fine provides excellent medical care and advice. He is a very good listener, thoroughly reviews and explains everything to me and has provided great treatment and follow up actions. The entire nursing staff is very communicative, helpful and overall I am very relaxed and confident with Dr. Fine and his staff.

Dr. Fine has been providing excellent eye care for myself and my wife. I have been receiving eye injections from him for years and he has preserved my vision. He recently performed eye surgery on my wife with an excellent outcome. I highly recommend him.
