The Doctor was extremely helpful and took whatever time it took to understand my history and the current condition. She never appeared rushed and made me feel very confident in her capability and the capability of her office. I am in FL for the winter from [ ] and based on Dr. I am considering moving my primary care from Mi to this office

This office was amazing! Rayna helped from setting appointments to check in, Megan was the MA and was just awesome. Dr Horsford was absolutely spectacular.even tho it was my first time seeing her I felt like she truly cared about my health and the issues I was dealing with. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and caring. I’m so glad I’ve chosen them as my providers!

Dr Horsford took her time with me.. She listens to my issues and she makes a plan for me.. Very friendly and really cares for her patients.. I love her enthusiastic attitude. You couldn’t ask for a better doctor..

Dr. Horsford was as always excellent. She is outstanding, listens, explains everything thoroughly, shows compassion and understanding and it's just an excellent doctor. She never makes me feels rushed either. Tia is also kind, compassionate and excellent at her job.

Dr. Horsford is a very kind and compassionate healthcare practitioner whom I believe truly wants to help me in circumventing my current pain management issues imposed upon me by LPG:Pain Management after being refused to be seen as a pain management patient within their practice due to the fact I allegedly do not fit their patient practice protocol (as told to me by Ruth RN from Dr. Remone Yousif’s office at LPG:PM). Furthermore, Dr. Horsford appears to fully understand how my unmanaged chronic pain so negatively affects every aspect of my daily existence…body>mind>soul. I believe Dr. Horsford truly wants to help me with refilling the pain medication I have been previously prescribed by my former PM doctor for years now with great results and no negative side effects of any kind, however Dr. Horsford feels limited by how much she can advocate for me in managing my [ ] due to both state laws and Lee Health practice guidelines in her viewpoint.

Dr. Horsford was very knowledgeable about my condition and was very perceptive of me wanting to continue with a conservative and more holistic approach while still explaining what routine check ups will be needed to ensure my health. I’m very glad I chose her as my Doctor

When I first walked in the door. It was so clean. Front desk staff so friendly and polite. Triage staff was very professional and polite. The doctor read my medical history list to my needs. Refer me to necessary specialist. Did not rush the visit. One on one conversation was so intense and professional. She established a relationship where you felt comfortable telling her all your medical history. Discharge staff was very professional and polite.
