Dr Horsford is alway using her active listening skills to address my concerns regarding my health. She encourages me to be proactive with prevention and education. Truly a gem for the community me. Wish we had more doctors like her in the neighborhood!!!

When I first walked in the door. It was so clean. Front desk staff so friendly and polite. Triage staff was very professional and polite. The doctor read my medical history list to my needs. Refer me to necessary specialist. Did not rush the visit. One on one conversation was so intense and professional. She established a relationship where you felt comfortable telling her all your medical history. Discharge staff was very professional and polite.

I was very lucky to be recommend to Dr. Horsford after a visit in the hospital. I was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed by her professional caring staff & Dr. Horsford. Your not just a number in this office, they are listening. Excellent first visit, looking forward to having Dr. Horsford as my primary doctor for a very long time.

Dr. Horsford is an asset to Lee Health! She has wonderful listening skills and takes time to explain everything with a smile on her face and genuine care. She has such a positive and encouraging nature. A shout out to Tia, her MA as well! She is wonderful and thorough!

Dr. Horsford has a wonderful medical assistant, and she herself is a lovely Lady/ Doctor. I really enjoyed my visit was treated with kindness from all the staff I encountered. And yes I would refer others who needed a caring Dr. and her team. Keep up the good Work!

Dr. Horsford and Her (MA) Ms.Tia have been very helpful and reassuring, regarding my medical concerns and questions. The front desk staff have been great as well. I believe Dr. Horsford is the right doctor for me. Dr. Horsford was highly recommended by my granddaughter, and I'm glad she did!!

I was pleased, impressed with the service that I received at the clinic with Dr. Horsford and staff. It was an emergency appointment and they took care of me as if I was one of their patients. Because of my experience I became a patient of Dr. Horsford.

Dr. Horsford was an excellent choice! She and the staff are excellent healthcare professionals. Dr. Horsford was very thorough in her exam, making sure every concern was addressed and providing information taking the time out to show she really cares. I’m glad I found her as my new PCP!

Dr. Horsford was absolutely wonderful with showing me visuals and explaining my condition. She answered every question I had and even the stragglers that came later in my visit. She took all the time I needed to understand my medical condition and develop a plan of care for the future. She was thorough and had many thoughtful suggestions to deal with emotional struggles I was facing due to my physical condition. I never once felt rushed nor that I was bothering her. Her smile and calm demeanor eased so much of my emotions and her knowledge and positivity did as well, She was very easy to speak with and I never once felt judged for past life decisions and she was genuinely enthusiastic when talking about the life changes I had taken on. She truly cares about her patients and it shows. She is an absolutely AMAZING asset to Lee Physician Group! I also need to recognize her assistant Tia for being wonderful & bubbly too!!! Thank you to both of you!!
