Dr Horsford was outstanding as a physician and listener. She went out of her way to ensure I get the next level of testing done ASAP instead of waiting for me to schedule. She’s awesome!

Dr. Horsford was as always excellent. She is outstanding, listens, explains everything thoroughly, shows compassion and understanding and it's just an excellent doctor. She never makes me feels rushed either. Tia is also kind, compassionate and excellent at her job.

Dr. Horsford is a very kind and compassionate healthcare practitioner whom I believe truly wants to help me in circumventing my current pain management issues imposed upon me by LPG:Pain Management after being refused to be seen as a pain management patient within their practice due to the fact I allegedly do not fit their patient practice protocol (as told to me by Ruth RN from Dr. Remone Yousif’s office at LPG:PM). Furthermore, Dr. Horsford appears to fully understand how my unmanaged chronic pain so negatively affects every aspect of my daily existence…body>mind>soul. I believe Dr. Horsford truly wants to help me with refilling the pain medication I have been previously prescribed by my former PM doctor for years now with great results and no negative side effects of any kind, however Dr. Horsford feels limited by how much she can advocate for me in managing my [ ] due to both state laws and Lee Health practice guidelines in her viewpoint.

I was so impressed with the knowledge of the doctors, I asked her to be my primary doctor , her patience was excellent, her advice was excellent, and changing my [ ] really blown my mind because her patience and knowledge was educational .

Dr. Horsford was very knowledgeable about my condition and was very perceptive of me wanting to continue with a conservative and more holistic approach while still explaining what routine check ups will be needed to ensure my health. I’m very glad I chose her as my Doctor

Dr Horsford is alway using her active listening skills to address my concerns regarding my health. She encourages me to be proactive with prevention and education. Truly a gem for the community me. Wish we had more doctors like her in the neighborhood!!!

When I first walked in the door. It was so clean. Front desk staff so friendly and polite. Triage staff was very professional and polite. The doctor read my medical history list to my needs. Refer me to necessary specialist. Did not rush the visit. One on one conversation was so intense and professional. She established a relationship where you felt comfortable telling her all your medical history. Discharge staff was very professional and polite.

I was very lucky to be recommend to Dr. Horsford after a visit in the hospital. I was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed by her professional caring staff & Dr. Horsford. Your not just a number in this office, they are listening. Excellent first visit, looking forward to having Dr. Horsford as my primary doctor for a very long time.

Dr. Horsford is an asset to Lee Health! She has wonderful listening skills and takes time to explain everything with a smile on her face and genuine care. She has such a positive and encouraging nature. A shout out to Tia, her MA as well! She is wonderful and thorough!

Dr. Horsford and Her (MA) Ms.Tia have been very helpful and reassuring, regarding my medical concerns and questions. The front desk staff have been great as well. I believe Dr. Horsford is the right doctor for me. Dr. Horsford was highly recommended by my granddaughter, and I'm glad she did!!

I was pleased, impressed with the service that I received at the clinic with Dr. Horsford and staff. It was an emergency appointment and they took care of me as if I was one of their patients. Because of my experience I became a patient of Dr. Horsford.

Dr. Horsford was an excellent choice! She and the staff are excellent healthcare professionals. Dr. Horsford was very thorough in her exam, making sure every concern was addressed and providing information taking the time out to show she really cares. I’m glad I found her as my new PCP!
