Dr Horner is an excellent physician. I am extremely grateful to have been assigned to his care. He literally saved my life last year and continues to help me heal my body. Please don't let him leave!

All personnel at Dr Horner’s office have been exceedingly caring. Heather, MA, is very sweet and took her time. Dr Horner is extremely dedicated to his patients. He did not rush with me. He explained my [ ] in detail. He went over my current treatment plan and future plans. Dr Horner is compassionate and strives to improve the health and quality of life for those under his care.
