I would have loved more questions asked about my medical background to see if we can pinpoint or at least get closer to what could be causing the iron deficiency.

Very kind and respectful. I’m glad I took the appointment because I was worried about my condition and he made me feel confortable. He gave me confidence to to the procedure I need in the next couple of weeks

Very impersonal .. came in crossed his arms . Said I need to an endoscopy and colonoscopy after I said I’ve been having bloating and Gerd . Visit was less than 5 mins . I tried to probe about diet or what might be causing the pain or anything I can do in the meantime to alleviate the discomfort .. one word answers were given to me . I felt I was treated like a number not a person with legitimate medical concerns

Dr Amar is THE BEST in the business!! He's very personable, listened intently to my additional issues I brought to him and offered solutions. He even wished me a happy birthday!!! I'll go nowhere else for my gastrointestinal issues and I recommend him every chance I get.
