I last saw this provider 3 years ago. He knew more about my last appointment than I did. Even though I was seeing him for a different reason than 3 years ago, I appreciate that he took time to review my file before seeing me and that he was able to reference my last appointment during this appointment.

I was a new patient establishing care in a new city. The only negative comment would be that I waited for almost an hour and a half after my designated appointment time before I saw the doctor.
