Need to honor appointment times. Asked me to be there 15 minutes early for the apartment. I actually came in a few minutes before that and they still made me wait a total of 40 minutes before I saw the doctor. I can understand the doctor gets busy but 40 minutes is too long. 15 minutes is acceptable. Maybe you need to re-look at your timing for scheduling appointments.

Great experience with this provider -- only feedback I would give is consider typing medication recommendations , no disrespect but handwriting is a little hard to read.
