I have full confidence in holy cross medical. The staff, nurses & Dr were great. I'm still a little concerned about them retrieving my medical and getting my infusions in time. I felt rushed due to possibly staff lunch and/or my return ride by the insurance due to it being length trying to fix the referral because the primaries office can be a joke. I sure hoped the process of continuing my infusions in less than a week goes well. Would like to discuss changing med. Thank u.
